Los Cidrines has two main lines of production. The first is a line dedicated to the production of frozen breads. The second consists of “Rademaker”, a lamination and termination system, exclusive in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean dedicated to the production of puff pastry and sweet dough with a variety of fillings.
Los Cidrines also counts with two cell production activities; one is dedicated to artesian/handmade products and the other to pre-baked products: breads and pastries.
Los Cidrines is the only bread manufacturer in Puerto Rico which is approved by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Furthermore, our manufacturing operations are certified by the American Institute of Baking (AIB).
